Salto is our cafe’s house espresso blend but equally is good brewed as drip or on filter. This recipe has been carefully constructed as a more modern style espresso, with no bitterness, but still holds up well in any milk-based drink. We taste notes of cinnamon, mild stone fruit, and molasses.
